Patrick Huston has set a new junior world record for the 70m distance of a 1440 round. Shot during the sixth stage of the National Series competition at Exmouth, the score of 348 out of a possible 360 was enough to set a new junior world record, British junior and senior records, and European junior and senior records.
The world senior record for the 70m distance has also just been broken, by Oh Jin Hyek, shooting 653 at a competition at a competition in home country Korea to beat the previous record of 652.
